By Pam Carriker. Diane gave me this great art book for my birthday and inside was a favorite artist Lisa Bebi who included this technique of paint over of photo. My friend Kathy took her class at
Artfest a few years ago and I have wanted to do this since then. I loved the process and know as I practice it will get better. Thank you Lisa bebi for sharing this treasured recipe. The picture was taken in 1955, we were getting ready to leave to America.

Collage
Was searching thru old art papers and found a technique I learned to make my own art paper backgrounds. I happened to remember how I did it. And I made the following series of papers. I would love to teach a
Class doing this technique. It is so much fun.
